Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation in the Savior's Blend Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Savior's Blend LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By joining the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these terms.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the Program, you must submit a complete and accurate Affiliate Program application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links

Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate link. You may place these links on your website, social media, emails, or other promotional materials. You agree to use the provided links to accurately represent our products and services.

4. Commissions

Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission on the sale of products generated through their affiliate links. The current commission rate is 10%.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, within 15 days after the end of the month in which the sale was completed. Payments are made via check or direct payout.
Tracking Sales: Sales are tracked using cookies with a duration of 7 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this period, the sale will be attributed to the Affiliate.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
Content: Affiliates must not promote Saviors Blend in a misleading, deceptive, or unethical manner. Affiliates are prohibited from using any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any form of spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any other forms of unsolicited communication. Affiliates must not bid on or use the Company's trademarks or misspelled keywords in any form of paid advertising.

6. Term and Termination

Term: This Agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the Program and will continue until terminated.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will cease using all affiliate links and remove them from your website and other marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savior's Blend LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your participation in the Program.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savior's Blend LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in the Program or your breach of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
