TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OUR AFFILIATES

GENERAL
1. Wholesale Clause

The affiliate programme does not apply to wholesale orders.

2. PPC Clause

Stricly no use of PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising.

3. Discount Code Clause

All discount codes must be provided and approved by Eco Earth Market. You must ensure expired discount codes are removed and/or updated. Improper use of discount codes may result in your suspension from the affiliate programme.

4. Content & Creatives Clause

All content creatives must be of a high standard. You must ensure your content and creatives are kept up to date. Failure to comply with this may result in your suspension from the affiliate programme.

5. Representation Clause

The way you represent Eco Earth Market should be to a respectful and excellent standard. Any misrepresentations of Eco Earth Market is strictly forbidden and will result in your immediate suspension from the affiliate programme.

6. Association Clause

Your association with Eco Earth Market should always be respectful and appropriate. It is strictly forbidden and innappropriate to associate Eco Earth Market with adult content, firearms, gambling, tobacco and alcohol. Any breach of the association clause is strictly forbidden and will result in your immediate suspension from the affiliate programme.

PAY PER CLICK (PPC)
If publishers promote you via PPC, will they be entitled to full commission?

If publishers directly link to your website from search engines, will they receive full commission?

No

If publishers use your brand name in their display URL, will they receive full commission?

No

If publishers use your brand name in their paid search title and description, will they receive full commission?

No

If publishers add your brand name into their negative keyword list, will they receive full commission?

No

If publishers display their ads when your brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodafone, voda fone)

No

If publishers display their ads when misspellings of your brand name are entered as search keywords will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodofone)

No

If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. Vodafone Mobile)

No

Do you have a restricted group of publishers who can earn commission on sales generated by brand related terms?

No

For any agreed publisher paid search activity, will publishers be paid for sales generated from the following search engines?

No

Google
Yahoo
Bing
Other

Are there any specific search terms (keywords) where sales from publisher PPC ads will not be eligible to earn commission

No

If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine and link directly to your website, are they eligible to receive full commission?

No

If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine such as a Comparison Shopping Service (CSS), does this activity need to be tracked in a separate specific publisher account?

No

BRANDING
Please refer to clauses 4 - 6 outlined in our general terms. These clauses cover the conditions of your content, creatives and the way you represent and associate with the Eco Earth Market brand. It is very important your content and creatives are always up to date. You must always be respectful to the Eco Earth Market brand and never make any misrepresentations. Associations with adult content, gambling, firearms, tobacco and alcohol and stricly forbidden.
