As an Affiliate, you can generate additional income by promoting MOZaic Marula Oil products and linking sales to the marulaoils.co.za online store.

MOZaic Marula Oil was founded by MOZaic Upliftment, a non-profit organisation. Becoming an Affiliate of MOZaic Marula Oil will make you part of a network of passionate people with the same vision: empowering women and their families from rural Mozambique to uplift their livelihoods.

Terms and Conditions
This agreement is made between the Affiliate and MOZaic Upliftment (the “Company”) (Reg nr 2013/152217/08)), a non-profit organisation. The parties agree as follows:

1. APPROVAL OF AFFILIATE APPLICATION
1.1 Any use/representation of unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable, such as sites that facilitate illegal activity, depict sexually explicit images, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; promote illegal activities or incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights will result in immediate cancellation of the affiliate and MOZaic Marula Oil.
1.2 You may not misrepresent the Company or the MOZaic Marula Oil product range in any way and you may not present yourself as the Company or MOZaic Marula Oil. You are acting independently from the Company as an affiliate of MOZaic Marula Oil.

2. AUDIENCE
2.1 You will direct efforts to promote and sell MOZaic Marula Oil products toward an audience that appeals to natural skin care, beauty, cosmetics, natural skin care during pregnancy, hair care, nail care, lip care.

3. COMMISSION
3.1 You will be paid a percentage of 15% of the Net Amount of MOZaic Marula Oil products sold using your unique code.
3.2 In calculating the monthly commission, the Company will offset any credits, cancellations, refunds to or by customers of Net Amounts on which you have already been paid commissions under this agreement.
3.3 The Company will not be required to pay you a commission in any of the following circumstances:
i. if prohibited under applicable Law;
ii. if you did not share your unique code with the link to the MOZaic Marula Oil online store, for a sale to be concluded;
iii. if a customer did not enter the unique code when they purchased the Products;
iv. on any sales outside of the digital platforms on which you promote to sell the MOZaic Marula Oil products;
v. on any sale of MOZaic Marula Oil products to a customer occurring after the expiration or termination of this agreement.

4. AFFILIATE AGREEMENT PERIOD AND TERMINATION
4.1 The contract is subject to the approval of your application. The agreement falls into place once the application has been approved by the Company.
4.2 Termination of this agreement is dependent on written notice provided to either party at any time from approval of the agreement. Written notice to be submitted by email. A notice period of 2 weeks must be allowed to withdraw any marketing material, removal of such and all links and codes from the platforms that the affiliate promoted MOZaic Marula Oil products on.

5. PAYMENT
5.1 The Affiliate will receive a commission, based on the Net Amount from sales processed with their unique code and accrued from the 21st of each month to the 20th of the following month. Payment of such commission will be made on the last day of every month.

6. AFFILIATE/PARTNER RESPONSIBILITY
6.1 From the acceptance of this agreement, the Affiliate shall sell the MOZaic Marula Oil products on their digital platforms of choice, by:
i. Familiarising themselves with the product they wish to promote and sell;
ii. Generating their own content to promote and sell the products, based on knowledge of and their own experience with the products;
iii. Using the provided discount code to sell the products as listed on the marulaoils.co.za online store;
iv. Using the provided marketing material of the products that the Affiliate wishes to promote and sell;
v. Using the provided descriptions of each product to correctly promote and sell the products;
vi. Sharing posts from the @mozaicmarula pages on both Facebook and Instagram, that is most relevant to the audience of the Affiliate.
vii. Share any testimonial about a product that they may receive from customers or on their platforms, with the Company.

7. SALES TERMS
7.1 The Company shall determine all prices of the MOZaic Marula Oil product range and terms of sale at its sole discretion and give timely Notice on its own platforms of any product price changes. The Affiliate will not in any way have the right to adjust the prices or give prices on their platforms.

8. THE COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITY
8.1 The Company shall provide marketing material in line with the Company’s identity along with product information, at no cost, to promote and sell the MOZaic Marula Oil product range.
8.2 The company shall produce, bottle and keep stock of all products as is reasonably possible.
8.3 The company shall ensure that every order is packed and shipped to the customer’s provided address.
8.3 The Company shall keep the Affiliate updated (by email) with information about product notices, low stock levels and information of new products that may be developed and launched.

9. AFFILIATE/PARTNER REPRESENTATIONS
9.1 No Conflicts. The Affiliate/Partner is under no restriction or obligation that may affect the performance of its obligations under this agreement.
9.2 No Competing Representation. The Affiliate/Partner does not currently or intend to represent or promote any products or services that compete with the Products.

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
