OVERVIEW:
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate at Fem Urbano's Affiliate Program. Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to femurbano.com, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate.

AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS:
To begin the enrollment process, you will complete and submit the online application. The fact that we auto-approve applications does not imply that we may not re-evaluate your application at a later time. We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping information.

-Must have a minimum of 3K Instagram followers and account engagement from followers. We are looking to work with individuals who have influence in the fashion community.

- Must advertise our brand with pride and consistency. Clear beautiful images that are aesthetically pleasing and work cohesively with our brand will be showcased and posted on our social media accounts at your discretion.

-Must advertise your assigned coupon code to your followers/potential customers to ensure you gain a better chance at earning your commission rate once code has been applied at checkout.

-PR boxes are sent to ambassadors at random times throughout the year no specific quantity. We will notify in advance prior to shipping PR boxes to ensure shipping information in system is current.

-Fem Urbano only does affiliate/ambassador commission pay outs via PayPal.

TERMINATION:
Either you or we may end this Agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax. In addition, this Agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you.
