Following are some details regarding our Affiliate Program:

1. As a Raptorazor Affilate, you agree NOT to sell, or facilitate the sale of, any Raptorazor products on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Walmart.com or Jet.com. Any Affiliates violating this restriction will be terminated immediately.

2. Only one discount code can be used at a time when checking out in the Raptorazor shopping cart. If we happen to have a promotion running that is more than 20%, your customer may choose to use the discount code that provides her/him the greatest discount. In such a case, you will not recieve a commission since the system would not be able to link the sale to your Affiliate account.

3. We pay commissions quarterly. Commissions will be calculated following the end of each calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31) and commissions will be paid within 30 days of the end of the quarter.

4. Commissions are subject to downward adjustment due to returns or refunds.

5. If a person clicks through to Raptorazor.com from your referral URL and doesn't make a purchase at that time, but later returns to Raptorazor.com by simply typing "Raptorazor" into his web browser, the system will still identify the person as your referral for up to two weeks (assuming he doesn't clear the cookies on his computer in the meantime).

6. Raptorazor reserves the right to make adjustments to commission rates and discount rates at any time.
