Cali Flow Shop Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This Agreement describes and provides the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) that govern and apply to your participation in Cali Flow Shop Pty Ltd.'s (the “Company”, "we", "us" or “our”) Ambassador Program (the “Program”).

This Agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions that govern your participation in the Cali Flow Shop Affiliate Program. By joining, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility:

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in the Affiliate Program. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Affiliate Program Participation:

Cali Flow Shop reserves full discretion over the approval, acceptance, and/or rejection of any application to join the Affiliate Program. Only one affiliate link per person is permitted. Using more than one link or violating program rules will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Commissions:

Once accepted, you will receive a unique affiliate link. Sales through this link earn a 15% commission on Gross Revenue.

Gross Revenue excludes shipping, taxes, or additional fees.

Payments follow Cali Flow Shop's payment policies, which may change with reasonable notice provided where possible.

Program Guidance & Updates:

Cali Flow Shop provides guidance and updates on affiliate link use via email.

Prohibited Use of Affiliate Links

Affiliates must not:

Reuse Cali Flow Shop’s content or other affiliates' content without permission.

Share affiliate links on public websites (e.g., Reddit, coupon sites).

Bid on Cali Flow Shop brand terms in any paid advertising platform.

Promote affiliate links on official Cali Flow Shop channels or other affiliates’ profiles.

Disparage Cali Flow Shop, its products, or employees.

Use inappropriate language or reference controversial topics when promoting products.

Request customer order information for any orders placed via your affiliate link.

Contact Cali Flow Shop employees via personal accounts.

Request information on product drop or restock dates.

Violations result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Termination & Modifications:

Cali Flow Shop may modify or terminate your participation or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.

Upon termination, a final commission report will be provided, and eligible commissions will be paid according to our payment policies.

Commissions forfeited due to violations will not be paid.

Confidentiality & Proprietary Information:

You agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information about Cali Flow Shop's products, marketing, and business activities strictly confidential, both during and after your participation in the Program.

Proprietary Information does not include information that:

Is publicly known within the industry

Is lawfully obtained from a third party without confidentiality obligations

Consists of general skills or knowledge you possess independently

Independent Contractors:

You and Cali Flow Shop are independent contractors. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Cali Flow Shop. Neither party has the authority to bind or commit the other unless explicitly stated in these Terms.

As independent contractors, affiliates are not entitled to company-sponsored benefits such as paid leave or insurance. Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes resulting from participation in the Program.

Assignment:

Neither party may assign rights or obligations without written consent, except Cali Flow Shop may assign its interests to affiliates or third parties acquiring its business.

Amendments:

Cali Flow Shop may amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Knowing and Voluntary Agreement

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Terms.

You voluntarily agree to all conditions and obligations set forth here.

You have been advised to consult legal counsel regarding these Terms and have either done so or chosen not to.
