Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Sinful Blendz

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Sinful Blendz Affiliate Program. By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation in our program.

2. Enrollment

To join our Affiliate Program, you must submit a complete application through our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:
• Promote Sinful Blendz products lawfully and ethically.
• Use only approved marketing materials provided by us.
• Refrain from making false or misleading claims about our products.

4. Commissions
• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission of 6% on the net sales of qualifying purchases.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate has earned a minimum of $66. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next month.
• Tracking: Sales are tracked using unique affiliate links. We are not responsible for sales not properly tracked due to incorrect use of affiliate links.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid during the next payment cycle.

6. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sinful Blendz will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By joining our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
