By joining the OliviMilly Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Eligibility
• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
• You must have an active social media presence, blog, or website relevant to our brand.
• OliviMilly reserves the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Commission & Payment
• Affiliates earn 10% commission on each successful referral purchase made through their unique affiliate link or promo code.
• Commission is calculated on the final sale price, excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds.
• Payments are made monthly via [your chosen payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)].
• Minimum payout threshold: $50. If the commission earned is below this amount, it will be rolled over to the next month.

3. Promotional Guidelines
• Affiliates may share their links and promo codes on social media, blogs, and other online platforms.
• Paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram) must not compete with OliviMilly’s own advertising.
• Affiliates may not use misleading claims, spam, or unauthorized discounts to promote OliviMilly.
• Affiliates must not impersonate OliviMilly or misrepresent their affiliation with the brand.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
• If a referred customer requests a refund or cancels their order, the commission for that sale will be deducted from future payments.
• If fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., self-referrals), OliviMilly reserves the right to withhold commissions.

5. Termination & Modifications
• OliviMilly reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time if they violate these terms.
• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing up for the OliviMilly Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
