By enrolling in the Tallow And Tale Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect our brand, ensure fair participation, and maximize the value of our affiliate relationships.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1. The Affiliate Program is invite-only or subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject applications that do not align with our brand or marketing strategy.
1.2. You must be 18 years or older and have a legitimate website, blog, social media account, or marketing platform for promotion.
1.3. Affiliates must be based in regions where affiliate marketing is legally permitted.
1.4. We may terminate accounts at any time if we determine an affiliate is engaging in behavior that could damage our brand.

2. Commissions & Payments

2.1. Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link. The commission rate is determined by Tallow And Tale and is subject to change.
2.2. Commission Exclusions: No commissions will be paid on:

Orders made using your own affiliate link (self-referrals).
Orders that are refunded, canceled, or disputed.
Purchases made through coupon or discount code sites (unless explicitly approved).
2.3. Payments are issued monthly via Direct Deposit, only if the affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold of $10.
2.4. Commission Adjustments: Tallow And Tale Organics Co. reserves the right to adjust or deny commissions if fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or unauthorized promotions are detected.
2.5. Commission Expiry: If an affiliate does not meet the minimum payout threshold within 6 months, accrued commissions may be forfeited.
3. Affiliate Promotion Guidelines

3.1. Affiliates may promote Tallow And Tale Organics Co. through ethical marketing channels, including:

Personal blogs or websites
Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Email marketing (to subscribers who have opted in)
🚫 Prohibited Practices: Affiliates may NOT:

Use PPC (pay-per-click) ads targeting “Tallow And Tale” or any branded keywords.
Create competing websites, domains, or social pages that impersonate Tallow Tales.
Engage in spammy, misleading, or deceptive advertising.
Offer cashback, rewards, or incentives to customers for using their link.
Sell or redistribute our products through third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
📢 FTC Compliance: Affiliates must disclose their partnership with Tallow And Tale Organics Co. clearly and transparently (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no extra cost to you.”).

4. Affiliate Account Management & Performance

4.1. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and keeping their login credentials secure.
4.2. Inactive accounts (no referred sales for 6+ months) may be deactivated.
4.3. Performance Reviews: Tallow And Tale Organics Co. reserves the right to review affiliate performance and adjust terms for underperforming accounts.

5. Termination & Modifications

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if we determine the affiliate is violating these terms or engaging in behavior that could harm the brand.
5.2. If an affiliate is terminated for misconduct, all pending commissions may be forfeited.
5.3. Changes to the Program: Tallow And Tale Organics Co. may modify, pause, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Tallow And Tale is not responsible for any technical issues, tracking failures, or commission losses due to user error.
6.2. We make no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings—success depends on your marketing efforts.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Illinois.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By applying and participating in the Tallow Tales Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
