3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on all sales made through their unique affiliate links. Commissions are tracked in real-time and paid out monthly.

4. Payments
Commissions are paid via PayPal or bank transfer, and the minimum payout threshold is $50.

5. Tracking and Reporting
All sales and commissions will be tracked using our affiliate software. You can access your affiliate dashboard to view your sales and commissions at any time.

6. Use of Affiliate Links
Affiliates must use the unique affiliate link provided and cannot alter or misrepresent it in any way.

7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not bid on our brand name in paid search ads, use pop-ups, engage in email spam marketing, or make false claims about our products.

8. Termination of Affiliate Account
Cramcharts.com reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms, unethical behavior, or inactivity for 90 days.

9. Referral Program Abuse
Affiliates found engaging in fraud, self-referrals, or manipulation of links will have their accounts terminated and any commissions forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may not use the CramCharts.com logo or trademark without prior written consent.

11. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No personal information will be shared without consent, except where required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability
Cramcharts.com is not liable for any loss of revenue due to technical issues, tracking errors, or service failures.

13. Amendments
Cramcharts.com may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates your acceptance of these changes.
