1. Program Overview
By joining the Shop Dealza Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our products in alignment with these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Shop Dealza reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn an 8% commission on the total sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are calculated based on the final purchase amount after discounts, taxes, and shipping fees.

4. Cookie Tracking
- We use a 31-day cookie tracking period, meaning if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 31 days, you’ll earn a commission on that sale.
- If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the commission will be awarded to the affiliate whose link was clicked last.

5. Affiliate Links
- Affiliates will receive a unique referral link for tracking sales.
- Sales will only be credited to the affiliate if the customer completes their purchase using the provided link.

6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in:
- Spamming or using deceptive promotional methods.
- Making false claims about Shop Dealza products.
- Competing for Shop Dealza-branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns without prior approval.

7. Termination
- Shop Dealza reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Affiliates may also withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice to [email protected].

8. Modification of Terms
Shop Dealza may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability
Shop Dealza is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by affiliates in connection with their participation in the program.

10. Governing Law
These terms will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
