Welcome to the GrowPro Shop & DS Consulting Club Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). Please read carefully before participating.

1. Affiliate Eligibility
To join our program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an active website, social media presence, or marketing channel relevant to business, entrepreneurship, or consulting.
- Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
- Comply with local laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to affiliate marketing.

We reserve the right to reject applications at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote The GrowPro Shop and DS Consulting Club in a truthful and ethical manner.
- Use only the provided affiliate links and marketing materials.
- Avoid making false claims, misleading statements, or unauthorized guarantees about our products/services.
- Ensure that your marketing methods comply with all laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and FTC regulations.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with advertising laws (e.g., “This is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you purchase through it.”).

🚨 Prohibited Activities:
- Spamming (email, social media, forums, or unsolicited messages).
- Bidding on "The GrowPro Shop," "DS Consulting Club," or similar trademarks as Google Ads keywords.
- Using deceptive marketing, including fake testimonials or misleading claims.
- Promoting our brand in a way that damages our reputation.
- Engaging in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or self-referrals to manipulate commissions.

3. Commission Structure & Payouts
a. Tiered Commission Rates
Our affiliate program offers a tiered commission system based on the total referred sales amount within a calendar month:
Beginner Tier (1-4 Sales) – Earn 3% commission per sale by default.
Pro Tier – Earn 5% commission per sale upon reaching AED 10,000 ($2,700) in referred sales.
Elite Tier – Earn 7% commission per sale upon reaching AED 20,000 ($5,400) in referred sales.
VIP Bonus Tier – Earn 10% commission per sale when your total referred sales exceed AED 50,000 ($13,500) in a single month.
Your commission resets at the start of each month, and you must meet the thresholds again to qualify for higher commission tiers.

Payout Schedule:
Commissions are paid on the 1st week of each month for the previous month’s earnings.

Payout Method:
We Pay through PayPal, Bank Transfer or Store credit as agreed with you upon joining.

Payout Threshold:
Minimum earnings of AED 500 (≈ $135) before withdrawal. Unpaid commissions roll over to the next month.

Cookie Duration:
10-day tracking window (If a customer clears cookies or switches devices, tracking is not guaranteed).

🚨 Commission Disqualifications:
- Refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders do not qualify.
- Orders placed using the affiliate’s own link are ineligible for commissions.
- Violation of these terms will result in forfeiture of commissions.

4. Brand & Trademark Guidelines
Affiliates MAY NOT use our branding, logos, or domain names without written permission. This includes but is not limited to:
- Creating social media pages that appear to be our official accounts.
- Running ads using our brand name without permission.
- Implying an official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
- We reserve the right to request content removal if it violates our brand guidelines.

5. Termination & Violations
🚨 We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for:
- Violating these terms.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or unethical marketing.
- Any behavior that harms our brand reputation.
If terminated, you forfeit unpaid commissions and must stop promoting our brand immediately.

6. Liability & Indemnification
We are not responsible for any indirect losses due to affiliate participation. Affiliates agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from violations of these terms or third-party disputes.

No Guarantee of Earnings: We do not promise any specific level of income. Your earnings depend on your marketing efforts.

7. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes, and continued participation constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
