Hey there and welcome to Rae Sterling's Affiliate program! Our affiliates are to promote our products using quality and engaging content. We will automatically approve affiliates who have been invited and have met all requirements for joining. If you apply to our affiliate program there is no guarantee that you will be accepted. Our affiliates must have a substantial following or have quality and engaging content that meets our brand standard. Affiliates must promote our products at least once a month or you will be removed from the program. Promotion can be for the same product, just new content. Merchandise used for promotions are to be purchased by the affiliate directly from Rae Sterling, the affiliate link may not be used for personal purchases. We reserve the right to cancel your affiliate membership at any time due to things such as poor content quality without the following base we require, using profanity or language that does not align with our core values and any other issues that will need to be addressed regarding alignment with our brand values. Affiliates are expected to follow all applicable laws, including data and protection laws. We are not responsible for your sales volumes or any interruptions in your career due to violating any laws or regulations required by each social media platform. Affiliates are responsible for answering questions from their followers regarding the product and the product make up. We welcome constructive criticism however, if we see a trend in criticizing the products we will revoke your affiliate membership and cease payments at that time. Our commission rate starts at 10% of sales before sales tax. Unless specified between Rae Sterling and affiliate applicant. Each applicant is eligible for a commission raise based on sales volume. Currently we recommend receiving your commission payment via PayPal as we find it the most secure way to pay. We do offer bank account direct deposits as an option as well. Payments are made in USD currency and will be paid out weekly. Currently there is no minimum threshold to receive funds. The platform that we use for our affiliate program offers tracking of sales and your payouts - if you have any questions about sales and payouts please refer to your Rae Sterling Affiliate account. As far as shipping goes, we will drop ship all orders - this means you never even have to touch the product! We'll do all the work for you! Please note that we will send tracking information via email to each customer, if they reach out with questions regarding their order please refer them to their order confirmation email or have them reach out to us at [email protected]. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: affiliates should not engage in spamming or using unethical techniques in order to sell products. Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about the products offered or our services. Again, we welcome constructive criticism as we believe in full transparency of our product however, we are confident in the quality of our product. If affiliate partakes in any of the prohibited activities they will be terminated immediately. Either party may terminate their affiliate relationship at any time. At termination, the affiliate will be paid for sales made while under an active affiliation relationship - no sales made after the termination will be included in the final payout. Once terminated, affiliate may not re-apply for at least 6-months. After the terminated affiliate submits a new application, due to the nature of termination, we reserve the right to approve or deny the application. Inactive affiliates will be removed. You may absolutely not under any circumstance use the affiliate link for personal purchases, If we suspect you role as an affiliate is being abused, this will result in immediate termination and non renewal of your account to earn commission on our products, we will also scout to ensure there is no new account made under an alias or different email address. Affiliates may not use our branding or name in content not related to a positive review of the products we offer ( no slander or bad reviews of the product taking up at least 10% of the content posted, or more as we do accept constructive criticism in small increments up to 9% of the content posted. This is pertaining to each post individually) Rae Sterling is the sole owner of all intellectual property created and curated by Rae Sterling LLC. Rae Sterling does not own the rights to the name of any entity partnered with us for customized merchandise for their personal brand. Any confidential information shared between Rae Sterling and affiliates (ex: sales data, promotional strategies, affiliate personal information and commission rate for each individual affiliate, not limited to these examples) will not be shared under any circumstance outside of legal obligations. Rae Sterling is a limited liability corporation. Affiliates will indemnify Rae Sterling for any legal issues arising from their promotion efforts. Rae Sterling retains the right to modify and update the terms and conditions at any time, so please review the terms and conditions periodically. Affiliates agree to any future changes and updates to Rae Sterling's terms and conditions unless affiliates reach out personally to revoke their own affiliate membership if any disagreeable changes are made. Affiliates are considered to be independent contractors, NOT employees and are responsible for their own taxes and expenses. Affiliates are paid on a commission basis. Affiliates may promote other brands or businesses. Affiliates are not permitted to compare Rae Sterling products to other brands in ill light. Rae Sterling reserves the right to pause or alter the affiliate program due to any unforeseen events or circumstances. By checking the box, you agree to the terms and conditions as a Rae Sterling affiliate member applicant and possible future Rae Sterling affiliate member.
