Welcome to the Rugged Books Inc. Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline your rights and obligations as an affiliate. Please read these terms carefully.

Eligibility
To join the Rugged Books Inc. Affiliate Program, you must be 18 years or older, with a valid website, blog, or social media presence. Rugged Books Inc. reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for using provided marketing materials, such as banners and links, solely on approved websites or platforms. Affiliates must not make any misleading claims or misrepresent Rugged Books Inc. products.

Affiliate Links and Promotions
Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique referral link to promote Rugged Books Inc. products. Affiliates agree to follow ethical practices, avoiding spammy, deceptive, or aggressive marketing tactics.

Commissions
Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale made through their referral link. The commission rate is specified in your affiliate dashboard. Rugged Books Inc. reserves the right to adjust commission rates upon notice.

Prohibited Advertising Methods
Affiliates are not permitted to use paid advertising methods to promote their affiliate links. This includes, but is not limited to, Google Ads, social media ads, or any other advertising channels that require the purchase of ad space. Affiliates found violating this policy may be removed from the program and forfeit any earned commissions.

Payment Terms
Payments are issued on a monthly basis, 30 days after the end of the month, to ensure there are no returns or refunds. Payment methods and thresholds are defined in your affiliate dashboard.

Restrictions
Affiliates may not purchase Rugged Books Inc. products through their referral links for personal use. Any self-referrals or fraudulent activity will lead to termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earnings.

Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Rugged Books Inc. trademarks and logos solely for promoting our products. Affiliates must not alter or misuse these materials.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, affiliates must remove all Rugged Books Inc. links and promotional materials from their site and cease using our trademarks.

Modification of Terms
Rugged Books Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
