1. Enrollment & Eligibility
To join the Fashion Icon Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our designated sign-up page. Fashion Icon reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to promote Fashion Icon in an ethical, honest, and compliant manner. This includes, but is not limited to, following FTC guidelines for advertising, providing clear disclosures on sponsored content, and refraining from using misleading, false, or deceptive statements about our brand or products.

3. Prohibited Actions
Affiliates are not permitted to:

Engage in paid advertising that directs traffic to Fashion Icon using the affiliate's unique link.
Use unauthorized promotional codes or create their own discount codes without express permission from Fashion Icon.
Engage in spam or bulk emails to promote Fashion Icon.
Bid on or use Fashion Icon trademarks or variations of those trademarks in paid advertising.

4. Commission Rates & Payment
Commission rates will be as indicated in the affiliate portal and may vary based on promotions, product categories, or sales. Commissions are calculated based on the final sale amount, excluding shipping, taxes, returns, and cancellations.

Affiliates must meet a minimum payout threshold of £25 to receive payment. Commissions are processed monthly.

5. Tracking & Attribution
Fashion Icon will provide you with a unique affiliate link that tracks customers referred by you. Commission is only attributed to the initial click-through, and the use of additional cookies or tracking mechanisms is prohibited.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer referred by an affiliate requests a refund, cancels an order, or if any fraud is detected, Fashion Icon reserves the right to deduct the commission associated with that sale.

7. Program Modifications
Fashion Icon may modify these terms, commission rates, or other program features at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or updates to this page.

8. Termination
Fashion Icon reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for violation of these terms or for any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to our brand. Affiliates may also choose to end their participation in the program at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability
Fashion Icon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this affiliate program. Affiliates participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
