1. Eligibility. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Independent Contractor. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Onewrld LLC ("Onewrld"). Affiliates are solely responsible for their own taxes. Onewrld may require tax forms once earnings reach legally required thresholds.

3. Commission and Payment.

• All affiliates earn a flat 10% commission on net sales.
• Net sales means the order total after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Sales are credited if completed within [30] days of a customer clicking your link or using your code.
• Commissions become payable after the [30]-day return period ends.
• Payments are made monthly via [PayPal] once your balance reaches [$25].
• Onewrld may withhold or adjust commissions in cases of fraud or policy violation.

4. Links and Tracking. Commissions are paid only on valid sales made through your unique link or code. You are responsible for using them correctly.

5. Prohibited Activities. Affiliates may not:

• Spam, mislead, or use deceptive marketing, including false claims about our products.
• Send unsolicited texts, emails, or DMs.
• Bid on Onewrld trademarks or brand names in paid search without written approval.
• Make purchases using their own code or link.
• Post codes on coupon or deal sites.
• Create fake or lookalike accounts, pages, or domains using Onewrld's name.
• Engage in coupon or rebate fraud.
• Promote on adult, violent, or illegal websites.

6. Compliance and Disclosure. Affiliates must follow all applicable laws, including FTC endorsement rules and local advertising regulations. You must clearly disclose your relationship with Onewrld in every post, for example with "#ad," "#affiliate," or "I earn commission."

7. Intellectual Property and Content. Affiliates may use Onewrld's logos, images, and content only as provided and only to promote Onewrld products. All rights remain with Onewrld. By posting content about Onewrld, you grant Onewrld permission to repost and share it.

8. Confidentiality. Confidential information means non-public information Onewrld shares with you, such as unreleased products, drop dates, pricing, and sales data. Sharing it with third parties is prohibited.

9. Termination. Onewrld may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, with or without cause, including violations of these terms. Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease all use of Onewrld's intellectual property.

10. No Warranty. Onewrld makes no guarantees regarding the success of your affiliate efforts or earnings. Affiliates promote at their own risk.

11. Modifications. Onewrld may modify commission rates, terms, and policies at any time. We will give at least 14 days' notice by email before changes take effect. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Onewrld LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your promotion, your content, your statements, or your violation of these terms or the law.

13. Limitation of Liability. Onewrld is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.

14. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Richmond county, New York. Onewrld LLC is the contracting party.
